Traveling to future, and envisioning Your life in maximized potential, will give You reference point pinned in space, to work towards.
We do that for all areas we want to improve.
As You’ve returned from journey across time, You’ll be richer by having - framework - to strive up to.
There is no balance between life and work - and - That is the balance.
Those are intertwined.
Many people are comfortable and sedated, forgetting some of laws of nature.
Animal to survive, must consume - we - must do the same, be that working for coin or growing own food.
There are no easy ways, passive ways, lazy ways - there is work up front - which I recommend, because it is easier to build habits step by step, everyday doing a bit more - than - to pay up debt You make by neglecting some areas in Your life and trying to fix it when it’s to late.
Understand You will work, more or less till last day of life - but - You will decide on type and intensity of it through day and week.
Having that approach will allow You to wake up one day retired a lot sooner - still - continue, to keep bright mind and able body.
How does one compose efficient routine for each day to lead good life ?
Each person have a bit different vision of ideal life.
Quest : Make a list of 3 - 5 areas You want to improve and what results You want.

Preparation and Control of Emotions - Are Your Friends.
Lets start with preparation.
What does that entail ?
That process involves laying down foundation to be healthy, clear-minded, strong and able, looking good, being organized into - Blocks of Time -
To be able to achieve that, You need to control Your emotions - how ?
When You will take care of things I mention below - It will become much, much easier.
Your next day begins day before, You make a list of things :
Must do - work 9 - 5 - other that require Your attention.
Healthy meals ! - 1 - 4 meals to fuel mind, create good hormonal balance, protect from diseases and ageing, allow beautiful body with stable emotions.
Taking care of appearance -
Sleep
Food-Diet
Movement and Training
Putting clothes - matching Your age, social calibration of Your sector - always aim to look very good or stunning - even when going out for 10 minutes.
What I mean by that Ladies, that You do not have to use ton of make-up, shine through beautiful body » clothes » delicate jewelry.
Noticed order of importance ? - Kindness and Character
Gentlemen, strong muscular body provides excellent frame making any clothes look good on You - yet - aim to be elegant - it gives respect.
Small tip : Do not wear dumb t-shirts / clothes
If You do - You become joke - Jester if You will.
Be classy, elegant, minimalist logo on shirt is alright - You will thank me later - Trust me.
Shine through by being grounded - in control of Your emotions - leading, being strong and respectful.
Do not gift person with Your presence after disrespect or shaming attempt - disengage - never be interested again.
I’ll give You list of priorities to follow in order of importance
Sleep - 6 to 12 h - At this point it is worth mentioning people are different - I know shocker.
Example
My 50 kg female friend can sleep 3 - 6 hours, I weigh 95 kg, reason why I’m telling You that is, bigger people need more sleep because of bigger ‘frame’ - energy cost to maintain body and functions - not talking about obese people btw.
Her 3 hours is 50% charged, while 6 hours is bright shiny hamster on cocaine type of energy vortex through the day.
My 50% is 4-5 hours and 100% is around 7 - 12 hours - depending on how much damage I accumulated on body - work, fight and training.
You need to find two things :
What is best time for You to get in bed - Mine is 7 - 10PM
» Circadian rhythms - Sun and Moon - Eye being exposed to natural light «
Why ? Because of hormone balancing and production, during deep sleep and right before waking up in morning.
Why is that important ? Hormones regulate what version of You - You are..
Energetic - Athletic - Aesthetic - Poetic
Or
Moppy - Sloppy - Fatty - Weepy - Downy
Right hormonal balance come from perfect sleep and diet - in that equation exercise help a lot.
It also changes energy levels, transformation and storage of fat.
There are significant amount of souls bragging about sleeping a lot.
While doing ‘‘nothing’’ and drowning in hedonism, poisoning their body and mind.

To give You some understanding about movement, and its benefits, unrestricted blood flow allows even tension in muscles and structural balance..
When we do certain types of move only in one way - we build disruption - muscles that are more used, grow pulling weaker - less used, smaller ones.
This shows up in lack of energy, tension, pains, crooked posture and injures as well as limitations.
To be healthy and happy, You need to accelerate Your heart daily.
Heart is a very strong muscle, it do not stop - when it does - You see this screen..
In order to preserve vitality and all functions I recommend daily :
Walks, light - medium jogging - aim for light sweat or even trouble with speaking and breathing to someone close to You - You should work around 45% - 60% of max blood pressure ~ of Your ability.
At least one exercise for part You want to look better
Keep in mind that, You must do all movement patterns in span of week.
Push and pull / Curl and straitening
Kicking and pulling with heel / Ab crunch and rising dog from Yoga.
Just to use opposite sides - antagonistic muscles and moves.
You can go about it as efficient as possible
Example
Wake up in morning and be energized for whole day - splash face with cold water and go out for 10 - 20 minutes - Walking / Jogging / Running.
For You must understand light - Sun - must have contact with Your eyes.
It changes hormonal balance.
When You’re back do 3 sets of 7 repetitions of given exercise.
Plan for each morning :
» 10 - 60 mins Walk / Run » Then »
Set x 7 Repetitions
Set x 7 Repetitions = total of 3 sets and 21 reps
Set x 7 Repetitions
Rest between each set 1 - 3 minutes,
when working with body, when working with heavy weights - even 3 - 5 minutes.
And You are SET ! ~ Reflection Perfection ^^7
EOTD #1 - Bulgarian split squat - 1 leg in front - lets start with left, right is big step behind on toes, You twist Your body in front direction same as left leg, hands are clenched in prying hold, posture high and proud.
From this position, we bend knees, lowering both close to ground - not hitting s! - 3 - 5 seconds of tempo going down, 1 second pause on stretch position, 1 second up.
Stabilize - repeat 7 times to complete 1 set - We go 3 sets to do.
We take breath on top - contract abs - hold - go down - pause - go up - release breath.
FOTD #1 Garlic - Natural - Spice is often included with chemicals - check back of bag.
Garlic is natural power-house antibiotic, it have ability to :
Kill bacteria, viruses and colds - You can heal that herpes pimples near lips
Lower blood pressure and cholesterol
Lot of vitamins

Water - You are water elemental - Most of You is water.
Would be nice to clean it and replace it with quality one - Because it helps with thousands of restorative processes as well as protecting Your from poisons, infections and chemicals in low quality food.
Start increasing water intake +1 glass per day until, You reach 2 - 4 liters per day.
Yes clean water 2 - 4L - juice and tea is not same -
For the love all that is spooky
- soda is not drink -It’s chemical warfare to weaken You, addict You with sugar and make Your emotion chaotic, swaying and then - You are easier to control.
Approximation of intake per size of person :
50-60 kg - 1.5 L - 2 L
60-80 kg - 2 L - 2.5 - 3 L
80-100 kg - 3 L - 4 L - Sometime even more.
No worries, You will find amount that makes Your skin, hair - shine.
Keep in mind to eat healthy and receive additional minerals in from of supplements.
The more You drink = pee = flush vitamins and minerals = so restore them.
What bout energy drinks = Have You meet soda ?
What if I drink coffee ? = My condolences most coffee flush Your vitamins and minerals, disrupt deep sleep even up to 24 hours after 1 cup.
If You want to engage in ritual called morning coffee - Find and use decaf healthy version of some sort.
What about Tea ? It’s mostly water - If You do not add sugar or chemical sweeteners - Add honey instead, real one not chemical sugar syrup - Still drink 2 - 4L of pure water.
Do not drink water from main system line - pipes - Trust Me on that one.
Even when You boil it - it kills some bacteria - but it do not cleans chemicals and rust from pipes underground.
Buy water 1.5 - 2L bottles just to drink better quality - best case scenario in glass bottles.
You can drink water from Your personal well next to house or nearby river - spring if its clean.
Importance of Healthy Food
Treat Your food as medicine, and You will not have to buy pills later in life.
Right sustenance is second most important ingredient after quality sleep.
Non-Low processed products are essential for restoration, optimal function and fighting off diseases by Your body.
One of best investment You can do, with great ROI is buying / growing natural food and quality water.
What kind of food should I consume ?
Check Your blood type » check what kind of food products are aligning with it.
Do not go dogma - political - trendy - save the wales, save those snails - on me here - Your blood knows what is best for You.
Also, animals do not have peoples dilemma about food choices, they will munch on You - no issue.
It’s a good starting point to begin journey of discovery and understanding how - You - work.
I recommend eating in IF system - fasting many hours - eating in time window of around 6 h from 12 to 6 PM - or 6 hour span decided by Your comfort in day.
Amount of meals varies 1 - 4 depending on sizes, calories and goals.
Always natural, healthy, real food - not chemical warfare for mind, body and soul !
Something to keep in mind, dear Michelin star connoisseur, is every time You consume meal, Your sugar levels, hormones changes.
It affects ability to think, be creative and clear minded.
If You do not take in healthy natural food - You will see slight downsides of mood and energy levels after for even up to few hours until sugar and hormones stabilize.
Hyperglycemia - Hypoglycemia - First too high and second too low blood sugar.
Because of that be thinking monke, and place Your meals not emotionally, driven by urges and thought of death by not eating for 2 hours - be calm - place meals in comfortable moments during day.
I do not have to eat for weeks - Yes - You heard that right - I became very resilient.
I usually eat 1 - 2 meals per 24 hours - Often I eat them one after another - just to give gut more time to be at ease rest of the clock.
There are days where I eat 2 - 4 meals - example being when I’ve done 1000 squats in span of 2 hours during my heavy vest runs - I needed a bit more energy after You know ;)
Another reason why is ketones - When You eat mainly protein and fats - with a bit carbs sprinkled in - Your body becomes very efficient with energy management.
For You I suggest increasing protein and fat intake and cutting back carbs a bit.
Rules of origin point is : If You ate a meal - and You feel good, energized and in decent mood, more happy - and wanting to move - it is right state and probably right time of meal placement and quality in day for You.
Remember about IF.
It used to be the case that, I would go once per 3 - 6 months to high quality burger restaurant - all ingredients are top quality and fresh - it is not like mcDonald / KFC - after eating healthy food - You heal Yourself - Cravings go down and down, and one day they are gone from Your mind and gut.

I hear You say dear reader so, now it’s time for cream de la cream.
Time Blocks
Time management during Your day.
Method that I’ll present now is optimal and efficient way of managing Your time.
Is it only one ? - no - it’s a template - learn from it’s principles.
Btw You are not nocturnal creature of the night - unless You walk after dark in cape, and sleep in coffin or upside down on ceiling.
Structure
Sleep
Natural Food
Movement
Meditation - Prayer - Organizing thoughts - Shadow Work
Work - Deep Focus - Learning - Projects - Blocks
Activities - You choose to engage in
To get best of Your day, You need to get to bed between 7pm - 11pm.
Reasons :
Circadian rhythms and hormones production, deep and shallow sleep phases
Proper restoration - tone of energy, clear and creative mind that learns fast and remembers for long
Regeneration of body and growth - reverse-ageing
Just to clarify, when I say go to bed, what I mean is, go to sleep and do not touch phone, don’t watch anything, You can read real book in candle light not fake blue light. You can use those black and white warm e-book readers or audio-books.
What is good for Us ? - Light sources that are similar to natural - Candles, fireplaces, salt lamps, small warm-light lamps.
Room should be cool, very dark - pitch black, no buzz and sounds of anything electronic, no ticking clocks, no fake lights.
Interesting thing is You can sleep near ocean, river, lake - near hum of wind in trees and those are signals You know - noise from some equipment - it is not.
Blinders down fully - You may use eye cover.
All devices are OFF, phone and notifications are OFF, make a setting so Your close ones are only ones able to call You during night.
Rest of digital world will - WAIT - till next day.
Your deep sleep is paramount! For mental and physical health.
Also for quality of Your approach each day.
Why all darkness ? Because to not disrupt hormones produces to sleep, and having right sleep patterns.
Last meal and drinking water - should be done not later than 2 hours before sleeping.
Nights sleep is not to digest for hours, heavy and big meals or to run around to release of bladder 1 - 3 times per night.
If You do it like this, getting 6 - 9 hours of sleep, You will have excellent results.
But J San - What if one have job, meetings - insert excuse here -
Well dear high frequency enjoyer, high-achiever, I’m giving You template —
Absorb it all - ask questions - within time - You will find how to set up Your routines to work for You - so - worry not.
After waking up around 3AM - 6AM , sleep was good - You feel amazing.
It’s very important what You feed Your mind at front of the day.
DO NOT - Attention please - for people in back - DO NOT - check Your phone s.media / notifications.
DO NOT - Watch TV - msm - read paper
DO NOT - Consume negativity and news, video games, weed and drugs, masturbate
DO NOT feed Your mind with hedonism and pleasure -
It’s about endorphin and other evolutionary hormones - that are being used when You hunt / work for reward
DO NOT mess them up and Your mind = character by engaging in those things.
DO NOT listen to music in morning or during morning training -
Music is a reward for mind - You may get reward after days work - At end not in front - AT END
You Can
You can » Glance at phone » Calls and direct sms msgs » Just to check if some relative is in trouble - dying or ‘fire’ need to be put out right now at 3 - 6 AM.
Guess what 99.9% - You do not have to engage deeper right now.
Nearly all cases - You and Your close ones are good.
DO NOT - Go in and read notifications of any kind / msgs etc - Reacting is off table.
Even DO NOT - Read my work first thing in morning - because it is Your ritual to check mails with coffee.
Your mind is powerful - When it is fresh after restful sleep - USE IT - to make Your life better !
Things allowed in morning :
Training / Jogging - 10 to 60 minutes - This will super-charge body and mind for whole day. You may add audio-book but ! about learning some matter not
entertainmentorfiction- This is time to be healthy and learn.Meditation / Prayer / Calm ordering of thoughts and emotions / Shadow work / Reflection - Stoic and neutral.
Learning Block - Absorbing Lego of the day - 30 - 60 minutes - You spend this time learning skill / knowledge / improving Your craft - profession.
This is important
DO NOT - Disrupt Your movement / meditation / learning / project / writing - block.
Only and only reason to stop what You do that is important for health and future is this »
Saving someones life in imminent danger.
No answering calls from clients. No chatting with friends that msg You. Not checking things You like because Your mind wander away and You allow it - harness it to what You should focus now.
What have we done after waking up ?
Training + walk
Meditation
Learning
GOOD JOB
What have we not done ?
Check phone / smedia / TV polluting thoughts - emotions - mood.
We didn’t engage in procrastination and hedonistic pleasures that cripple our mind and hormones.
I just want to add, if You’ve done good routine I mentioned above, then You are already more organized and set for greater future than 60% of population.
More in control and moving in direction of future You want.
Now most people are part of system.
Having hopefully satisfying profession that allows them to lead good life, providing value to others - unfortunately - It’s not the case in most situations.
I just hope You, My dear day optimizer - do not have a J.O.B
Just Over Broke - Being in position that do not cherish You.
If You do however, You need to understand, You have a skill and knowledge that other people would find useful and interesting.
Path to freedom and good life leans on fact that, You will adapt and evolve - learn.
But ! By using condensed knowledge from Me - You - will make Your life as You see fit.

As stated above those who must go to place of their daily craft - Do that and spend 9 - 5 block doing that.
Remember not to eat / drink trash fuel during work.
I used to work in shitty J.O.Bs , because I allowed it.
Because of how I treated and didn’t respect myself.
I’ve been doing it for 12 - 13 years then, I had enough of scraps, false promises of promotion and using my honor - good work and strong body to extort me.
Using me as pawn for great coin for overlords while giving me pennies.
Why am I telling You this ?
Because You all can make Your life amazing.
It takes work, change of habits, thoughts and control of emotions.
You can do it - I believe in You.
After getting back from 9 - 5 dream killa blender for some and commuting - such hassle in many cases, You’ve got a lot of time on Your hands..
You just do not realize it, use it in chaotic manner and allow anyone and anything to disrupt Your - time = life.
At this point You’ve done a lot already, morning routine with training and learning, meditation and going to work.
Take care of Your shelter, food prep for day and next day, people and animals that trust their life in Your hands.
After coming from work, You’ve got around 5 hours to spend - use it wisely.
If You can and still be healthy, strong and energetic after 6 hours of sleep - You will have 7 hours to use —
Create better future!
What about those 5 - 7 hours left in day ?
You’ve got two choices :
Creating better future, for You and Your close ones
Hedonism
Can there be balance between those two?
Yes but NO - You will see if a person is working hard and leading good life, on other hand, You can easily see if person is ‘‘pleasure enjoyer’’ - focusing on not forcing themselves to fight one of laws of universe..
Law of Entropy
A measure of the disorder or randomness in a closed system.
Things left alone decay and deteriorate - passing of time.
If You focus will be aimed more on pleasure and not important habits.
Your life will reflect it.
If You choose to work on Yourself for better future,
within time my good soul, You will have resources more than most, and most important of them called..
Time
For You see, building ones life on daily work will undeniably lead You to better financial situation and more free time.
Life comes and goes in seasons.
You will not have to work extremely hard till death - on contraire - You need to be honest in Your actions for 5 - 10 years.
After that, You will have much better life setup than 70 - 80% of people.
Most of all, You will have - Choice - First real one - In Your life.
Don’t be a victim of this artificial system that is a caricature of real democracy, some work boss that do not appreciate You or what life throws at You..

Yes, know thyself, I do not see Your daily life, I do not know You - You do, use my method to improve.
Keep in mind not to give Yourself pleasure - rewards - fun - before work - duties - things You must do.
First do what You must, need to do, after all work is done - then You may do things that are reward.
Understand consequences that I mention all the time.
But J Sensei, You do not understand, I have so much on my head and … - insert excuses
Listen, I used to do all of this systems even when doing J.O.B. and commuting -
You can do it too.
My old system ( during 9 - 5 transformation )
Working construction / physical heavy labor for 8 - 14 hours per day.
Wake up 3 - 4AM » wash
Clothes prepared day before, healthy food + drink - water and healthy juice - not sugary water.
Go to work 1 - 1.5 hour before anyone was there to avoid traffic of big city.
Land on work grounds and turn on audio books and recordings - learning - Having faith and belief in myself
You are smart and titan of hard work and training.
You will create better future, rich - good with valuable people.
You will - You will !!
Success is not matter of - IF -
It is a matter of - WHEN - !!
I’ve been doing hard, demanding, soul crashing and dream smashing work for 13+ years.
Some like my Father, work 30+ years in insane conditions - and it newer occurs to them that there is better way - that - those above them, will not give them right reward for it. I’ve worked 3 years with him - In coal mine - In heat and dark - knee deep in water with scraps and metal scraping Your skin, carrying things that weigh 2-3 times more than me. - I understood very quickly this have no future - no significance - It was his choice - limited - that he took to take care for family.
I understand.. now
Destiny rewards those who think - adapt and evolve to their times.
Still I used system mentioned above, not engaging with ale, drugs, fake parties and behavior.
I’ve cut out toxic, hedonistic, negative, programmed to be reactive mortals who just consume without end, hurting others , and going out of their way to manipulate, and make lives of other people worse.
I remember coming back to home, visiting my parents once - one day - per year.
Then, back to work, training and creating myself
Future is result of You
Today I lead better life than significant most. There are goals I have but it do not drag me down it pushes me forward.
Strong body and mind, few good people, I have all one need - not yet millionaire - few incomes, building more.
I’m getting closer each day - vision, calmness, determination, faith in myself.
What can I do to impact my life most J ?
Move - Train - Meditate - Control Yourself and emotions - urges.
Learn daily for 1 hour + If You decide to learn daily for 2 hours and more - Your competition is virtually non existing.
DO IT - Train 1 hour daily - Learn 1 hour daily -
Come back to Me after 1 honest year with Yourself.
I know what results You will bring - I’ve been there.
