I want to tell You old story
Task was given to group of soldiers.
Instructions were simple and clear.
Soldiers were not informed,
they will be watched by hidden officers.
Each of them were separated,
given same quest.
It was test of patience and honesty β
At that point they didnβt know that.
All of them failed,
some sooner,
some later.
All except β
One soldier.
In morning,
leading officer came to check on last soldier.
Turned out,
he was doing task all night,
without rest.
When officer asked him β
β Why You didnβt stop ? β
Officers had in mind all those who,
broke and checked if anyone is watching.
Soldier replied
β I didnβt thought it is done
in right manner ββ
Officer tried again :
β But You could take a break,
nobody would know right ? ββ
Soldier :
β Not true,
There is one person
who would know β
Me. β
This short, old story is
in its foundation
about confidence.
For You see,
confidence in Yourself is build,
when You are β
Yourself.
Not breaking,
Not giving any excuses,
Non bending,
Unrelenting.
You understand there is always,
that one most important person,
watching Your every move β
keeping score.

FotD #15 Oregano
Oregano helps with :
killin bad bacteria, viruses,
asthma and allergies
indigestion and diarrhea
reduce inflammation
regulate blood sugar

Oregano oil is good for :

To that Iβll add this,
I use oregano to almost every meal β

I was not sick ( at all )
- for last 19 years -
While people who know me,
and do not pay attention what they consume,
they rarely ( 1 - 3 times per week ) eat healthy,
they get sick few times per year,
they are a lot weaker and less durable than I am.
While I only eat healthy - I prefer to not eat for days,
than to eat chemical store warfare that is given.
To me, because of how I am living = making smart choices,
not eating for 24 hours is no problemo.
I usually eat in window of 12-24 h,
one or two big meals.
Wouldnβt You know it, old saying is right β

Get a grip !
Not only it is important sign of quality of a man You are,
but it shows nervous system and overall health.
Grip strength is important factor,
it is such because the stronger the grip,
the more stable and healthy wrists, elbows, shoulders are.
When I improved my grip strength,
my elbow and shoulder pain disappeared =
more stability = better movement.
Side note ; to check Your energy level,
You can perform simple pinch test/grip test.
If Your grip strength is less than previous two days,
it means You are not recovered.
If Your grip is stronger than it was,
means You recovered and grew better.
You can use those grip closers to check str level at given day.
How to improve grip ?
Use it.
Push, pull, hang, hold, close, open, hit, apply pressure.
I recommend 30-100 squeeze and open per day,
do it while sitting or running.
I use fat-grip on my bars.
It is a piece of foam or rubber that You put on.
It makes bar more fat = harder to hold = improve grip str.
Buy it, use it on dumbells, bars, pullup bar, dip bars.
Try creating sandbag, and doing front squats,
carries while walking with it.
Be strong = Be healthy
